Keeping Conflict

Resolutions Private

When you find yourself facing a personal or business dispute,
litigation isn't your only option for resolution.

It's Worth the Rate

Mediation

Jackson Matthews Mediation and Arbitration uses the "conference-style" for mediation. This brings disputing parties together and assists them in finding common ground on which an understanding and possible reconciliation can be reached.

Our mediation fees are based on half-day (minimum) or full-day increments, 4 hours and 8 hours, respectively. To accommodate extended mediations and ensure the process won't be rushed, only one mediation is booked per day. We're available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays and by appointment on Saturdays.

Prices for mediation are available upon request. We also offer a FREE 15-minute telephone consultation to determine if we can assist you. Get in touch with us today.

Arbitration

Arbitration is an out-of-court process through which conflict is resolved by the arbitrator. The arbitrator will listen to testimony, review evidence, and make an award or decision based upon the testimony and evidence presented. The participants in this process agree in advance to accept the decision of the arbitrator.

Fees are based on an hourly or half-day basis. Our services are available anywhere in Texas virtually.
